Hexillion Technologies respects your privacy. The following paragraphs explain how Hexillion handles information about you during your visit to this site.

Personal data

Any personal data you submit to Hexillion such as name, email address, and phone number will be kept strictly confidential and will not be revealed to third parties

Aggregate statistics may be given to third parties, but individuals will not be discernable from such statistics. For example, third parties may be informed that "70% of survey respondents use VBScript for their Active Server Pages," but Hexillion will not give out individuals' survey responses.

Credit card information

To ensure maximum security, Hexillion does not store credit card information on the server. During transactions, credit card numbers are briefly held in the server's memory, then discarded.

Contact

Hexillion will not pester you with unsolicited email. We will contact you only in the following situations:

• You subscribe to an announcement or discussion mailing list. (You may unsubscribe at any time.)
• You volunteer to be contacted (on a survey, for instance)
• You request technical support
• Hexillion needs to send legitimate business correspondence such as

• Important bug reports
• Status reports (in the case of consulting work)

Cookies

This web site uses Active Server Pages, which may submit "cookies" to your browser. ASP automatically uses them as identification tags to enhance the continuity of your visit to this site. The cookies expire after your browsing session ends, and Hexillion will not use them to gather information on your movements through the site.

Web server log files

Hexillion analyzes it's web server log files for statistics and trends. We will not use these logs to track specific individuals' movements through the site.
